He began his career in 1991 as a Financial Services Advisor at MetLife in Atlanta, specializing in life insurance and retirement planning. In 1999, he joined Erie Insurance Group in Human Resources, where he advanced talent acquisition and community outreach—experience that deepened his understanding of carrier operations and the importance of a strong distribution pipeline.

In 2004, Ron founded the National Association of Insurance Professionals, Inc. (NAIP), a 501(c)(3) that introduces students and career-changers to opportunities across property & casualty, life, and financial protection—supporting workforce development and insurance literacy nationwide.

Her background supporting a major airline and serving the public in postal operations honed the skills she relies on every day at OMNI: clear communication, calm problem-solving, and relentless follow-through. At OMNI, she focuses that experience on policy servicing, billing and claims coordination, and renewal readiness for personal and small-business clients.

She monitors client-experience metrics, coaches the service team on best practices, and standardizes workflows across OMNI’s digital tools to deliver a consistently excellent client journey. Ron began his career in 1991 as a Financial Services Advisor with MetLife in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in life insurance and retirement planning. In 1999, he returned to Erie to join Erie Insurance Group's Human Resources department, where he spearheaded diversity recruitment and community outreach initiatives. Recognizing the need to cultivate talent and create pathways into the insurance industry, Ron founded NAIP in 2004 to support workforce development and insurance literacy across the nation. A graduate of Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management, Ron's extensive background includes roles in both public and private sectors, encompassing management, supervisory responsibilities, and program development.
