Remote Customer Service Representative /Insurance Agent
Key Responsibilities:
*Customer Engagement: Identify client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions across personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products.
*Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers and community members to drive referrals and generate leads.
*Sales and Service Processes: Navigate and understand sales and customer service workflows, ensuring smooth client interactions.
*Client Support: Address client inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and social media, delivering timely and effective support.
*Administrative Tasks: Manage files and forms (applications, claims, payments), track support tickets, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
*Data and Reporting: Generate and organize reports, track to-do lists, and review client applications for completeness and accuracy.
*Follow-Up: Reach out to current and potential customers, keeping customer applications updated and secure.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Experience: 6+ months in a customer service setting with a proven record of meeting or surpassing performance goals.
*Licensing: Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty and Life Insurance licenses during pre-employment training.
*Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with new software, multitasking, and maintaining efficiency across multiple platforms.
Work Environment: This is a remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
